Intellectual property
Workbooks, checklists, slide materials, and website copy remain the property of Connectiqsys. You may use materials for your personal trading study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own course without prior written consent.
Participant conduct
Live sessions require a respectful environment. We may remove a participant who disrupts teaching or shares another participant’s charts without consent. Fees in that case follow the refund policy where applicable.
Liability
Training discusses chart frameworks and historical examples. Markets involve risk of loss. Connectiqsys is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after sessions. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for a programme is limited to re-supply of the training or a refund of fees paid for the unused portion.

We aim to keep pages current. Occasional errors in schedules or fees may occur; the written confirmation of your booking prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you hold as a consumer.
