What we collect

- Programme preferences, holding horizon, and message content from the enquire form
- Booking and payment administration details when you enrol
- Technical logs reasonably required to operate the website (for example IP address and browser type)
- Cookie identifiers as described in our cookies policy
We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account numbers, or government identity documents through the website form.
Why we collect it

Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer relationship continues. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years as required for Australian business records. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically fourteen months or less.
